- Founder approves the decision on the incorporation of the company
- Incorporation documents

- Declaration of the company’s beneficial owner
The Public Services Agency usually takes the standard term of 24 hours (2 business days) to complete company registration in Moldova.
Each legal entity is also assigned a specific state identification number on the date of registration. It is included in the certificate of registration and the constitutive act.
3. Register employees for health insurance
Then, you can do this at the National Health Insurance Company. Applicants will have to submit medical and social information relating to employees in the form and manner authorized by the Ministry of Finance, within 10 working days of the date of employment after company registration in Moldova.
The representative of the company will be required to visit the authority and submit a list of employees. Then, if a company holds a digital signature, this can be done online. Also, to obtain an electronic signature, applicants can also visit the State Tax Service and undergo certain procedures to obtain access to the electronic signature.
4. Register as a taxpayer for VAT
According to Article 112 of the Moldovan Tax Code, VAT registration is done on a voluntary basis. However, this becomes compulsory when a company performs taxable supplies of goods and/or services exceeding the threshold of MDL 1,200,000 (with exception of VAT-free supplies).
The company will then have a legal obligation to apply for VAT registration no later than the last day of the month when the threshold has been exceeded. In addition, the tax authority carried out the registration process upon the company’s filing of an application. The corporation considers a registered VAT taxpayer when the threshold met on the first day of the month.
